I’m Nadia Polydorou, a passionate advocate for running, mental health, and personal growth. My journey here has been anything but conventional, but every step has led me to this moment - sharing my story, experiences, and expertise with you.

A Journey Rooted in Resilience.

A couple of years ago, my life took a significant turn.

After enduring immense personal loss and a major relocation from South Africa to Cyprus, I found myself searching for ways to heal. Losing both my parent in very traumatic ways left me grappling with emotions I still sometimes struggle to articulate.

Running, however, has become my unexpected answer. What started out as a simple New Year’s resolution evolved into a life-changing pursuit, giving me solace, strength, and a profound connection to myself.

My Running Philosophy.

Running is where I find freedom and clarity. It’s also my way of celebrating life’s small victories and navigate its toughest moments. Each run is an opportunity to explore what’s possible, whether I’m pushing my limits with track sessions or simply finding peace in the steady rhythm of my steps.

To me, running is a dynamic tool for self-growth—a perfect balance of challenge and reward; embracing the journey and finding joy in the process.

I’m passionate about helping others discover this transformative potential of running and my goal is to make running approachable, helping beginners build confidence and experience the mental and physical benefits it offers.
