Hi, I’m Nadia.


To me, running coaching is more than just training plans, but about navigating the highs, lows, and occasional digestive dramas of chasing big goals with someone that understands the intricacies of the sport. As a seasoned marathoner, nutrition enthusiast, and running coach, I’ve learned in my relatively short running journey, that the real victories happen somewhere between the start and finish—like surviving kilometre 33 and its caffeinated gel consequences.

When I’m not clocking miles or troubleshooting training plans, I share the raw, unfiltered realities of running on the writing platform Medium. Think reflections on resilience, lessons from the road, and the occasional laugh at my own expense.
